Orders & DELivery
Most pieces are made to order and the current lead time is 14 business days once you have submitted your order. I will of course do my best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and if the item is in stock, it will ship right away!
If you need your order sooner, please send a request to email@example.com before placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate. Please keep in mind that there may be a fee for rush orders and delivery and shipping times may be impacted by COVID-19.
Please enjoy complimentary shipping within the UK on orders of $300 or more. For orders under $300, a small fee will apply based on order size and weight. Standard shipping can take 2-3 business days and please keep in mind that there may be delays due to COVID-19.
Orders shipping to the United States are based on order size and weight (see below). Standard shipping is estimated to take 7-10 business days but at this time, there are significant delays due to Brexit and COVID-19. Your items are shipped with tracking and Maragold Designs is not responsible for delays that occur in customs. Please note, Maragold Designs is also not liable for any customs or duties fees upon arrival to the destination and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Thank you for understanding and supporting the success of this small business! All orders will be shipped with Royal Mail when possible and for US customers, delivered via USPS. If you provided an email address at checkout, you will receive a notification with your shipping details once your order has shipped.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return regular priced goods within 14 days of delivery in the UK. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method and will be processed within 10 days of receiving your return.
Final Sale items can not be returned or exchanged and include: Items shipped internationally from the UK, customized items, sale items and gift cards. Custom items include any changes made to existing designs.
Items being returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging with original tags. Any items returned outside of the above stated time period are considered final sale.
Shipping and handling expenses for returns and exchanges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a traceable mailing service as Maragold is not responsible for any returns that have been lost in transit.
It is always our priority to ensure you are happy with your transaction, however upon receipt of your return, Maragold Designs reserves the right to deny a refund if the above-stated return policy requirements are not met.
