Most pieces are made to order and the current lead time is 14 business days once you have submitted your order. I will of course do my best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and if the item is in stock, it will ship right away!

If you would like to discuss a faster completion and shipment, please send a request to before placing your order and I will see what I can do. Please keep in mind that there may be a fee for rush orders and delivery.


Please enjoy complimentary shipping (within the continental US) on orders of $100 or more. For orders under $100, a small fee will apply. For international shipping inquiries, please contact If you are local to Boston and would like to pick your order up, you may select this option at checkout. 

All orders will be shipped with tracking via USPS. If you provided an email address at checkout, you will receive a notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped.


Your satisfaction is important! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept your return or exchange on regular priced goods within 14 days of delivery. All sale items and gift cards are final and can not be returned or exchanged. If you have questions about sale items before purchasing, please don't hesitate to reach out. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method and will be processed within 10 days of receiving your return.

All customized items are final sale. Custom items include any changes made to existing designs and custom designed pieces.

Items being returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging with original tags (if included with your purchase). Please note that any items returned outside of the above stated time period are considered final sale. 

Shipping and handling expenses for returns and exchanges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using a traceable mailing service as we are not responsible for any returns that have been lost in transit.It is always our priority to ensure you are happy with your transaction, however upon receipt of your return, Maragold Designs reserves the right to deny a refund if the above-stated return policy requirements are not met.
