Delivery & Returns
All pieces are made to order especially for you and the current lead time is 5-7 business days once you have submitted your order. I will of course always do my best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! If you need your order sooner, please send a request to email@example.com before placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate. Please keep in mind that there may be a fee for rush orders and delivery.
Please enjoy free shipping within the UK via Royal Mail 1st Class. If you wish to add tracking to your order, you may select Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery at checkout.
International Delivery (North America & Europe)
Unfortunately, at this time, Royal Mail continues to experience delays due to a cyber incident that occurred back in January. Thank you for your patience!
Orders shipping to the United States, Canada and Europe are based on order weight and volume. Standard shipping is estimated to take 1-2 Weeks (not including the time to process your order and not including current delays). Your items are shipped with tracking and Maragold Designs is not responsible for delays that occur in customs. Please note, Maragold Designs is also not liable for any customs or duties fees upon arrival to the destination and these are the responsibility of the customer. By law, all pieces must be declared at their full price.
- Orders up to £150 = £10
- Orders over £150 = £15
International will be delivered via your local postal authority. If you have selected expedited shipping, your order is estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days via DHL Express. If you provided an email address at checkout, you will receive a notification with your shipping details once your order has shipped.
Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly from Maragold Designs. To initiate a return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If you purchased from a third party, please consult their individual return policies.
Returns may be made on regular-priced items within 14 days of delivery and must be in new and unused condition with original packaging. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method and will be processed within 5 days of receiving your return.
Return shipping expenses for returns are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable mailing service as Maragold Designs is not responsible for any returns that are lost in transit.

Final Sale Items
Custom/monogrammed items, sale items, 'last chance' items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. For hygenic reasons, scrunchies are also non-refundable.
Any items returned outside of the above stated time period are considered final sale. While it is our priority to ensure you are happy with your transaction, Maragold Designs reserves the right to deny a refund if the above-stated return policy requirements are not met.
