The Custom Process

  1. After I've received your initial inquiry and we've decided to move forward, we'll meet to discuss your idea. This can be in person if you are in London, via video call or email - whatever is easiest for you!
  2. I'll provide a quote so we are on the same page from the beginning. Custom pieces are priced according to the specifications of the project.
  3. Next, I will source materials. This may mean leather, wool, hardware, thread - anything that I need to bring your vision to life. I'll get your approval to proceed and then...
  4. I'll begin working on your custom bridal party gifts, staying in touch along the way. Depending on the size of your order, the entire process from start-to-finish could take a couple of weeks to a couple of months. It's best to reach out as soon as you know you'd like to work together so we have ample time!
  5. Once your pieces are finished, I'll get your final approval and then send to you. I'll provide you with shipping options and you can choose the most suitable one.
  6. Get the party started and surprise your bridal party with their custom gifts! Each piece will come in a dust bag, ready for gifting.
