Refund policy

Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly from Maragold Designs. To initiate a return, please contact maragolddesigns@gmail.com. If you purchased from a third party, please consult their individual return policies.

Returns may be made on regular-priced items within 14 days of delivery and must be in new and unused condition with original packaging. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method and will be processed within 5 days of receiving your return.

Return shipping expenses for returns are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable mailing service as Maragold Designs is not responsible for any returns that are lost in transit.

Custom/monogrammed items, sale items, 'last chance' items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. Scrunchies are also not able to be returned for hygiene reasons.

Any items returned outside of the above stated time period are considered final sale. While it is our priority to ensure you are happy with your transaction, Maragold Designs reserves the right to deny a refund if the above-stated return policy requirements are not met.
